1. Build Financial Resilience That Sustains KTOO’s Mission Through Changing Funding Landscapes

1.1. Implement immediate financial stabilization measures that plan for the loss of federal funding
1.2. Develop diverse revenue streams beyond traditional funding sources
1.3. Expand revenue from existing and new fundraising opportunities
1.4. Ensure that KTOO has the capital for technology and facility upgrades

2. Build Meaningful Community Relationships and Strategic Partnerships that Reflect Southeast Alaska’s Diverse Population to Extend KTOO’s Reach and Impact

2.1. Define success metrics to emphasize representation from Juneau’s many communities across all of our work
2.2. Implement engagement strategies and leverage partnerships to reach diverse community groups and new audiences
2.3. Establish a partnership framework that creates value for both KTOO and partner organizations

3. Foster a Positive Work Environment Where Staff Feel Valued, Connected, and Supported

3.1. Build policies and practices that demonstrate how staff are valued at all career stages
3.2. Strengthen connections across departments to build an integrated multimedia organization
3.3. Support staff professional development
3.4. Support a culture that prioritizes healthy workloads and work/life balance

4. Sustain and grow KTOO’s Audiences Across All Platforms

4.1. KTOO is delivering the best possible fact-based, diverse, and quality news reporting and arts and culture programming for Juneau and Alaska
4.2. Maintain an agile approach to content creation and distribution that adjust to evolving audience expectations and behaviors
4.3. Maximize the potential of existing technological infrastructure while strategically investing in additional resources
4.4. Maintain and grow traditional over-the-air, streaming, and on-demand audiences
