This event is quickly approaching. Here are a bunch of details to help you out.
March 5th -7th, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Will Call pick up at KTOO – HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. Getting your ticket in advance will greatly ease the traffic flow the night of the event.
March 8th – Night of Show:
- 5:00 p.m. – Doors open with bar service provided by SALT
- 6:30 p.m. – Last Call for the bar
- 6:45 p.m. – Live Auction from the ballroom for handcrafted bar stool by Dean Graber of Rainforest Custom. Paula will use the stool during the show and will sign it at the end of the evening for highest auction bidder. (See image below).
- 7:00 p.m. – Show start. BAR IS CLOSED.
- 8:30 p.m.-ish – Post show meet and greet with Paula in the lobby for attendees.

Q: When do I get my will call tickets?
A: WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PICK UP YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE OF THE SHOW. This will greatly ease the traffic flow at the event. Come by KTOO March 5th – 7th, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you are not able to do this, your tickets will be available for pick up starting at 5 p.m. the night of the show.

Q: There’s an AUCTION?
A: Yes! Make sure you are in the main hall at 6:45 p.m. so you don’t miss it. Paula’s one main prop for every live performance is a bar stool. Dean Graber from Rainforest Custom has designed a beautiful hand-crafted wooden stool (pictured here) for her to use that night which she will sign, and KTOO will gift to the highest auction bidder. Retail value of the stool is $575. Bidding will start at $200.

Q: There’s a bar?
A: Yes! SALT will be set up in the Centennial Hall lobby starting at 5 p.m. The bar will CLOSE just before showtime.

Q: Are you sold out?
A: At this moment there are still a few seats available. If there are any still left the night of, we will sell them at the door starting at 5 p.m.

Q: What if I bought a ticket but now can’t use it?
A: KTOO is not refunding ticket purchases. We encourage you to find someone in your social group or use social media to find a lucky taker. If you want to donate them to the station we will use them for on-air giveaways.

Q: Will I be able to buy Paula items for signing at the venue?
A: Yes! Paula will be bringing some schwag which will be available for purchase before and after the show. She will be available to sign items after the show.

Q: Can I meet Paula?
A: Yes! After the show she will be in the lobby of Centennial Hall to meet and greet people.

Q: Can I take photos, videos, selfies of/with Paula.
A: Yes, after the show. Please refrain during the show.
