Base of the MOO:
8 0Z COCONUT WATER (Or COCONUT MILK if you like creamier drinks)
2-3 FROZEN! BANANAS!
3 TBSP HEMP SEED
1 tsp OR *TBSP PROTEIN POWDER (I LIKE ORGAIN- no dairy)
*(-Depending on if I’m cutting or bulking OR know that I won’t be eating
food in the next couple hours I will add more protein to keep me full)
1 tsp (optional) MACA POWDER
Pinch of HIMALAYAN PINK SALT
This Base of the MOO FREE can turn into CHOCO if you add 2 OZ of CACAO POWDER
or STRAWBERRY if you add a CUP of STRAWBERRIES
