The Juneau World Affairs Council presents “Will China Rule the World?” with Ronald Tammen. Tammen is an author and political science professor at Portland State University. His current research centers on China and India’s emergence as world powers.

Plenary Speaker Josh Arvidson – Trauma and Homelessness

​Joshua Arvidson is the Director of the Alaska Child Trauma Center at Anchorage Community Mental Health Services and an Associate Director for the National Complex Trauma Treatment Network.

He was a lead author of the Alaska Trauma 101 curriculum and the Principal Investigator for the Alaska Child Trauma Clinical Outcomes Study.
