We’ll talk with Aaron Elmore & Katie Jensen, from Theatre in the Rough, about their upcoming production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream; Elizabeth Dubovsky will be here to highlight this week’s Slow Food Potluck, and the showing of the film, Ingredients; we’ll talk about the extended run of Perseverance Theatre’s play, The 39 Steps; and we’ll find out about more favorite movies with guests Clint Farr & Pat Race.

He’ll talk with Opetaia Foai, song writer with Te Vaca, performing next Sunday at the JDHS Auditorium; Beth Weigel will be here with an update on the Juneau Children Outdoor Community Coalition; Maria Lovishuck, from the Glory Hole, will have a list of winter needs; and we’ll find out about the upcoming Family Night at Gastineau School, with guests Mary Folletti and Ishmael Hope.

We’ll talk with filmmaker, Beth Edwards, about her film, The Yupik Way, scheduled on Wednesday night at 8 on 360 North TV; we’ll find out about the Juneau Pride Chorus’ Film Festival; Jenny Fremlin will be here with details about this year’s Alaska Litho Photo Contest; and we’ll find out about Remus Meleshyus and his sailing trip around the world.

Today at 3 on A Juneau Afternoon, Pat Moore will host. He’ll get the details on tonight’s Evening at Egan presentation highlighting Folkloric dance of Egypt; we’ll talk to organizers of Saturday’s Fun Run, Walk & Roll; Kent Sturgis, from Epicenter Press, will clue us in on Alaska Book Week; Steve Koscis will talk about Saturday’s Observe the Moon Night; and director Terry Cramer and actor Alex Johnson will be here with a preview of the play, Boundary, opening tonight at Perseverance Theatre’s Second Stage.

Host Adrien Lopez interviewed Dr. Douglas DeMaster, Science Director for the Alaska Fisheries Science Center. In the second part of the program, she spoke with Kevin McIver, Director of Public Affairs & Communication for USDA Forest Service, along with Cal Casipit, Forest Service Alaska Region Subsistence Staff Biologist.
